PET
PET’s clarity and lightweight nature make it the industry standard for water, carbonated soft drinks, milk, and juice bottles. Its excellent barrier to moisture and gases preserves freshness, while its low weight reduces transportation costs and carbon footprint.
Beyond beverage containers, PET is spun into high‑tenacity fibers for textiles, used in blister packaging for medical devices, and formed into strapping bands for palletizing. As a highly recyclable resin, post‑consumer PET often finds a second life as fiber‑fill insulation or durable sheet stock.
